This role reports to the General Manager of North America Express Lane

We are looking for a Senior Product Director, Apparel for North America Express Lane. This role is responsible for leading product strategy and product creation that inspires movement for every day and elite athletes. This person will possess a strong strategic vision, excellent communication skills, and be adept at effectively influencing others. Ideal candidates should embody a balance of art and science, possessing equally strong product aesthetics and business insight.

  • Professional experience in Apparel Industry
  • Bachelor's degree and 15 years of experience in a product, merchandising, buying, or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training
  • In-depth understanding of sport and/or fashion consumer, marketplace, competition, and industry trends
  • High-level product foresight / aesthetic sensibility
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team and enable collaborative working relationships
  • Business insight & strong analytical abilities
  • Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

The Senior Product Director Apparel for North America Express Lane will be responsible for driving the product creation process from initial concept through to commercialization and production. You will ensure on-time delivery and development according to critical dates, product specification, performance, and profitability goals.

You will be responsible for all product realization including the planning and evolution of product lines and ultimately, the profitability of the business. You will be responsible for leading the North America geography’s product creation team and the direction of seasonal product stories including overseeing the evolution of product lines.
