You will work in Research Triangle Park, NC, or Annapolis Junction, MD, researching unique technical problems, and developing tooling to assist in that research. The tooling we develop benefits everyone on the team and is one development product that is also fed back into a larger ecosystem of researchers within the company.

The work is challenging, but we prioritize a proper work/life balance. It will be rare that you will be in the office more than 40 hours a week. On this team, contribution & performance are measured by the work you do, not how much time you spend at your desk. There is a lot of flexibility for dealing with life outside of work, because we believe this helps the team perform at its highest level.

We tackle whatever challenges come our way. We have each other’s backs, we recognize our accomplishments, and we grow together. We celebrate and support one another – from big and small things in life to big career moments. And giving back is in our DNA (we get 10 days off each year to do just that).
