- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in developing requests for proposals (RFPs), scheduling projects, cost engineering, budgeting and forecasting costs, reporting project status and costs.
- Experience with construction project/program management with data infrastructure (e.g., copper, fiber optic systems, and low voltage telecom/security) in corporate real estate or data center environments.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the organization within and outside the company.
