US Vehicles Dealer Training and Activation Lead
The role
Responsibilities:
- Assess customer needs/pain points and identify gaps where additional educational and training materials would most effectively help achieve key business outcomes and results
- Develop and execute operational plans to support initiatives’ success including commercial customer acquisition and growth
- Create content including videos, sales/marketing collateral, and testimonials highlighting key value propositions in support of sales objectives
- Create and deliver training curriculum and guides providing instructional support to commercial customers designed to optimize their selling success on eBay’s marketplace focused on driving adoption of eBay’s Secure Checkout
- Develop executive ready presentations highlighting project goals and outcomes
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of related experience
- Demonstrated ability to project manage across peer groups and lead projects to successful completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present content
- Experience in creating marketing content and training materials and working with the necessary tools and platforms to create
- Experience organizing trade shows and events a plus
- Comfort using data to make decisions with imperfect information where there is ambiguity and a need to meet deliverables and drive initiatives to completion within specified timelines
- High degree of ownership and commitment to results
- Automotive industry experience a plus but not required
- Self-motivated to find opportunities and challenges in the business
- Organized problem solver who balances attention to detail with efficiency
- Ambition to grow professionally and willingness to work hard, learn/adapt, and provide feedback both upward and to peer teams
- Personal passion for eBay & eBay Motors. Passion for the enthusiast vehicles space is not required; however, candidate must be willing and able to quickly learn about and embrace the vehicles enthusiast community. Candidate must have a strong desire to meet customers and help eBay win!
- Candidate must be willing to work in person a minimum of 3 days per week, along with occasional travel.

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$101,200 - $174,100
