HSE Manager Norway
You will report directly to our HSE Leader UK & Nordics, and you will work out of our Norway location on a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive HSE strategies and proactive safety measures, ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards, providing engineering solutions and preventive measures.
Develop and maintain emergency response plans for HSE-related incidents, promoting environmental sustainability by implementing eco-friendly practices.
Establish and enforce quality control standards in HSE engineering, conducting regular inspections, audits, and performance assessments.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Auditing experience and 6+ years of experience in HSE Management.
In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices, with a certification in HSE or a related field.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
Knowledge of FM, hard services, and construction-related activities (knowledge of OSHA requirements is a bonus).
Strong working knowledge of developing and implementing HSE strategies, policies, and procedures.
