- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a policy, legal, Trust and Safety, or technology environment.
- Experience with policy, technology sector and key policy issues affecting the internet (e.g., harmful content, privacy, AI).
- Experience with stakeholder engagement.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA, Master's degree, JD, or other advanced degree.
- Experience with Google products including Search.
- Experience with advanced product/program management.
- Ability to translate complex issues into simple, clear language, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and navigate organizational boundaries.
- Ability to translate difficult ideas into simple terms, work well with people from different teams, and get things done across different parts of a company.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.
