As an AI Technical Lead, you will be at the forefront of artificial intelligence development, working on cutting-edge technologies to create and improve general AI systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, full-stack development, and Microsoft Azure, along with a deep understanding of AI and ML principles.

Specific Role requirements

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Generative AI projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage a team of AI specialists, full-stack developers, and other technical staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into broader systems and workflows.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including presenting project updates and strategic insights.
• Identify risks and issues early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Experience in designing and building solutions using LLMs (foundation models, APIs, frameworks, prompt engineering, and techniques)
• Experience in designing and implementing modern application architecture (microservices, REST APIs, Kubernetes containers)
• Good understanding of database design, including schema design and versioning data
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency, troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading software as needed.
• Implement and manage AI solutions on the Azure platform, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
• Utilize Azure AI services and tools to enhance the capabilities of our AI applications.

Client Responsibilities:

• Need to be curious and ask the right questions to frame problems and find right analytic solutions.
• Provide product and design level technical best practices
• Develop analytical strategies for business by leveraging the right analytical techniques and technologies
• Documenting and presenting work to the client. Proactively recommending and influencing changes in business decision-making.

Experience and Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of proven experience in developing and implementing AI applications, with a strong portfolio of successful implementations.
• Strong Fundamental knowledge of Data Science and Machine Learning and hands on exposure to GenAI concepts
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. .NET, HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML) and UI/UX design
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
• Hands on experience in SQL
• Extensive programming experience in Python and familiarity with full-stack development practices.
• Proficiency in cloud computing platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts, techniques, and industry trends.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
