Job Description and key responsibilities

• Develop and lead a clear product vision and strategy for our Smart Testing platform powered by GenAI within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Conduct ongoing market research, identify opportunities, and define the roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concepts/ideation to launch.
• Collaborate internally (with R&D, UX/UI, field teams, etc.) and externally (with prospects, customers, partners, etc.).
• Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs and business goals.
• Manage stakeholders for all product-related matters internally (sales, marketing, etc.) and externally.
• Define KPIs and metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze product performance data and customer feedback to identify areas for optimization and innovation.
• Convey product value, including training and guidance to internal and external audiences.
• Drive marketing activities, webinars, blogs, and attend conferences.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Senior Product Manager with 5+ years of experience – a must.
• Strong background in the Salesforce ecosystem – a must.
• Experience in developing and launching AI/GenAI-based products – an advantage.
• Background in software testing solutions – a significant advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field – a must; MBA or advanced degree – an advantage.
• Good understanding of SaaS software and architecture – an advantage.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex products, leading cross-functional teams, and driving innovation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to push a team and new product forward.
• Fluent English skills (both verbal and written) and presentation skills.
• Open, transparent, and collaborative team player.
• Creative, proactive, and forward thinker.
• Positive with a “can-do” approach.
