Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience leading a sales team.
- Ability to communicate in Dutch and English fluently to support client
relationship management in this region.
- Experience managing and inspiring high-performing sales teams against quotas, and in brand performance at scale.
- Experience working with Dutch clients, with the knowledge of the Dutch marketing ecosystem.
- Ability to take initiative and work in a changing environment, and be resourceful, with attention to detail.
- Ability to own sales team operations, including portfolio management, team building, KPI measurement, execution.
- Ability to model and coach behaviors, including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling.
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders, and a passion for consultative solutions sales with a drive to innovate.
