Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Write customer-facing copy that spans VAST’s owned channels: website, email, social and in-person events along with support for content creation: literature & documentation
• Distill our brand mission, product, and purchasing process into accessible, inviting language for customers
• Take an active role in brief building and product positioning – information gathering and synthesis are core to the role – your detective skills will be put to good use
• Integrate deeply into VAST’s communications channels, collaborating with product managers, engineers, subject matter experts, approval groups, content and comms team members to create consistent, compelling messaging for customers
• Organize and track feedback across multiple writing assignments, rapidly integrating feedback to keep content velocity high
• Champion clarity and challenge internal stakeholders to maintain VAST’s brand voice and customer experience
