Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in budget management capabilities (team opex management.).
Ability to communicate and collaborate with a wide range of people and job functions.
Ability to maintain complete confidentiality on all business matters.
Ability to learn new tools and technologies.
Excellent team culture ambassador and the primary point of contact for ensuring consistent adherence to company policies and procedures.
