As an Advanced Data Scientist here at Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE) in the Buildings domain, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data to drive insights and develop advanced data science models. You will be responsible for creating end-to-end data and model pipelines, utilizing your expertise in cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP. Your knowledge of ML Ops will be a valuable asset in optimizing and deploying machine learning models. You will report directly to our Data Science Manager, and you'll work out of our Bangalore, India location on a hybrid work schedule.

• Design, develop and implement advanced data science models to extract insights and drive business outcomes in the building’s domain.

• Create end-to-end data and model pipelines, ensuring data integrity and efficient model deployment.

• Utilize cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP to leverage scalable and efficient computing resources.

• Optimize and deploy machine learning models using ML Ops best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions seamlessly into existing systems and processes

• Work closely with product managers and business leaders to align data science initiatives with overall business objectives

• Lead the end-to-end data science development lifecycle, including project planning, resource allocation, and monitoring progress.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline

• 6+ years of extensive experience in building solutions using statistical modeling, regression, ML, DL

· Expertise in CI/CD pipeline, MLOps framework

• Expertise in more than 2 areas of AI/ML like Machine Learning/Deep learning/NLP/CV/GenAI

• Excellent communication and ability to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders

• Ability to lead and influence direct and indirect reports

• Interact with stakeholders, gather the requirement , independently come up with solutions and implement

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL

• Proficiency in cloud platform – Azure or GCP

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL

• Proficiency in ML/DL/NLP

• Good to have experience in Buildings domain especially HVAC

• Experience in GenAI, knowledge graph is extremely valued

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Experience working in an agile development environment

• Proven ability to drive successful data science projects and initiatives
