• Hostel Resident Registration / briefing / disciplinary / spot checks /etc.
• Ensure all facilities blocks, common area and units follow all requirements.
• Attend Breakdown report from KIOSK/ raise breakdown report to landlord / attend breakdown / attend to landlord breakdown repair works.
• Unit Inspection (checklist) / Management unit inspection / common area and block inspection
• Upgrades works for hostel facilities and activities.
• Moving or compress resident for units.
• Activities in hostel Gotong Royong, Weekend 5s units’ activities, unit to unit briefing and engagement.
• Work to gather with various departments such as HR on resident issues & communications.
• Support transport team on monitoring on ad-hoc transport activity or issues.
• Familiar and able to use the Employee KIOSK & Hostel Dashboard.
• Able to work shift
• Prefer staying in ( Hostel unit provided.)
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
