Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive clinical applications training (on-site and remote) to MRI users, ensuring safe, effective, and optimized use of GE MRI systems.
- Provide technical and clinical leadership during the sales process by showcasing product features, clinical benefits, and workflow integration.
- Support the Sales team with product demonstrations, clinical evaluations, and customer presentations tailored to specific clinical needs.
- Collaborate in the Tender & Quotation process by providing clinical and technical input on MRI solutions.
- Coordinate installation and initial training activities with Sales, Service, and Clinical Education teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
- Monitor customer installations and provide ongoing education and optimization support to enhance user proficiency and satisfaction.
- Promote GE Healthcare’s MRI differentiators, including advanced imaging capabilities, AI-driven features, and workflow innovations.
- Participate in trade shows, workshops, and customer visits, delivering product demonstrations and educational sessions.
- Document training sessions, site visits, and customer interactions in accordance with local compliance protocols.
- Support the adoption of digital tools and contribute to the digital transformation of clinical education and customer support.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, R&D) to provide feedback and identify opportunities for product and service improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging clinical practices in MRI.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent clinical qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in MRI imaging.
- Proven experience in delivering clinical training on MRI systems (GE or equivalent).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively (70–80% of working time).
- Proficiency in English and local language.
- Solid computer skills (MS Office and digital training platforms).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Clinical Applications Specialist or Product Specialist in MRI.
- In-depth knowledge of GE MRI systems or competitor platforms.
- Experience in large hospital or academic environments.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to simplify complex clinical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
- Fluency in additional languages relevant to the region is a plus.
