Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sub-regional Leaders to drive data-influenced decisions and segment strategy.
• Drive cross-departmental growth initiatives to support long-term vision of the segment.
• Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, and share the health of the sub-region in larger Revenue forums.
• Drive analysis to understand gaps and opportunities across the pre-sales and post-sales funnel.
• Support leadership with forecasting and pipeline risk.
• Help define KPIs for the segments and drive business alignment across departments.

• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations roles or similar (B2B SaaS preferred)
• Fluency in French and English
• Experience supporting sales and CS groups.
• Expertise in Salesforce, Google Sheets/ Excel, Looker/Tableau.
• Strong presentation skills, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Curiosity, ambition, proactiveness, and strong collaboration and communication skills.
