Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) has restored the Design For Service (DFS) organization to improve vehicle serviceability during Forward Model vehicle Platform, Technology, and Program development. The DFS Commodity Manager is responsible for leading DFS Commodity Specialists, which function as a primary FCSD interface to the Product Development Forward Model Development (Platform/Program/Unit/Technology) teams. The DFS Commodity Manager and team will be focused on Engine (ICEs/HEV) and Thermal systems.
