What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Lead and manage SOC operational execution, strategy, training and team development
- Drive digital/business transformation by identifying and supporting adoption of new technologies and tools
- Develop and communicate meaningful metrics to enhance operational execution. Improve capability of threat analysis and reporting operations
- Establish and maintain a deep understanding of operational risks and drive the response process to minimize the impact of these risks
- Develop, implement, and periodically re-evaluate policies and procedures for the SOC
- Influence and improve upon existing processes through innovation and operational change
- Engage with cross-functional teams to evaluate program effectiveness and ability to meet stakeholder needs
- 4-6+ years of experience leading teams in corporate security, emergency management, military, or law enforcement
- 2-4+ years experience inside an established security operations center or GSOC environment
- Working knowledge of camera analytics, alarms, and access control security systems and technology
- Working knowledge of access control security systems and technology
- Ability to manage stress and respond quickly to security, safety, and sensitive situations
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
