Perfect Pitch Contest Coordination: Support the planning, scheduling, and logistics for a multi-region sales contest. Track participant progress and scoring across rounds, and coordinate with enablement team and judges —to capture geo participant and team score per round.
MEDDPICC Dashboard Analysis: Partner with the team to define baseline metrics and build a dashboard visualizing MEDDPICC adoption across geographies. Analyze data at geo, region, team, and individual levels to identify usage gaps and inform targeted training strategies.
Best Practices Guide Development: Create field-facing best practice guides and checklists to support effective engagement with the sales organization. Topics may include presenting to the field (e.g., camera use, Zoom settings, audience engagement) and hosting webinars (e.g., configuring Zoom, using polls vs. quizzes, structuring session flow, and setting clear agendas).
Content Review & Editing: Assist in proofreading, editing, and formatting enablement materials such as First-Line Manager (FLM) instruction guides, sales plays, and internal best practice documentation.
