- Associate's degree
- 1-3 years of relevant experience working in an administrative support role or other customer facing roles
- Ability to communicate professionally and write clearly, concisely and precisely
- Excellent computer skills; strong familiarity with Microsoft Office (Specifically Word, Excel)
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures
- 1+ years' experience working in a large, multi-national IT company performing similar functions
- Familiarity with SQL workbench
