- 5 years of experience in sourcing or equivalent experience working in sales, customer service, account management, business development or operations, lead generation, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience building cleared pipelines and supporting national security agencies.
- 3 years of experience working in both public sector industry and commercial technology environments.
- Experience working in talent search methodologies, such as Boolean operators, applicant tracking system (ATS) sourcing tools, and specialized online resources, to identify and attract talent.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience recruiting cleared talent using specialized job boards or strategic networking events across the public sector industry.
- Experience utilizing the latest technological innovations to enhance the efficiency of recruitment processes and optimize the user experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Ability to leverage talent mapping research and identify key market trends.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing diverse client requests simultaneously.
- Active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SC) Security Clearance.
