What You’ll Do
  • Representation: You are a product expert for Tesla vehicles and technologies and are always up to date with the latest developments and trends
  • Customer Service: You understand each customer's needs and preferences and offer a customized solution that meets their needs, such as information about the benefits of owning a Tesla vehicle, including charging and maintenance costs, environmental impact, and driving experience
  • Support: You guide clients through the sales process, including financing options, trade-in, delivery timelines, and are a trusted advisor who answers any questions and addresses any concerns or objections
  • Sales experience: You provide your customers with an exceptional experience that exceeds their expectations and build a long-term relationship with them
  • Success-oriented: You meet or exceed your sales goals and key performance indicators, which are designed to accelerate your professional development and the growth of the company
  • Team Spirit: Working with other members of the Tesla team to ensure a seamless customer experience rounds out your profile
