• Responsible for development focusing on concept, design, coding, testing, quality assurance of complex product features around Business Transformation Centre and release valuable features frequently to customers.
• The Development Expert works in an Agile environment and oversee the full life cycle development of product development, working in SCRUM team following the Agile/SCRUM methodology.
• The Development Expert to follow the principles of DevOps and Cloud Mindset
• Defines deliverables and provides advice and recommendations on solutions that may affect future design decisions. .

Experience (Role Requirements):
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
• 8 to 12 years of relevant IT experience.
• Has expert level and broad overall product and technical knowledge on few solutions.
• Strong JAVA or ABAP and UI5 technical background and willingness to dive into software environments and technical issues.
• Build, test and deploy highly scalable Java based services.
• Being familiar with SAP CAP, Deploy with Confidence and /or other SAP development frameworks.
• Ability to work independently in driving architecture and product features.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent collaboration with customers, stakeholders and team building skills across different functional roles and locations.
• Proven ability to work in a distributed setup
• Very good Knowledge of spoken and written English
• Excellent Object Orientated Programming Skills is mandatory
• Self-motivated, self-driven, curious, open minded, resourceful, and flexible with the ability to learn quickly.
