Job Description:
Resource Planning for multiple concurrent Chip development projects across multiple sites and across multiple market segments.
Accurate forecast of resource requirements, gaps analysis and ensuring actuals closely track the forecast are key result areas
Implement automation in analytical tools to ensure accuracy and reduce processing/ turnaround time
Responsible for the development and administration of BI tools/dashboards. o transform raw data into meaningful insights by building interactive and user-friendly dashboards and reports : perform a wide range of tasks such as reporting, building dashboards, building data models, analyzing datasets, and administration of content
Weekly/ Regular tracking & reporting of Site KPIs, Ops highlights, and plans to site leads, Engineering department leads and executive management
Documenting our current processes, recommending improvements, and evaluating the efficiency of changes made to our business processes; Performing ongoing analyses on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management.
Ability to communicate & collaborate with cross-functional teams; Data-oriented & analytical mindset
Minimum Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to clearly organize and articulate information
Strong presentation skills
Excellent analytical skills and eye for detail
5-10 years of experience in Engineering & Operations Management, preferably in Semiconductor companies
Hands-on expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Power Point, Power BI, Thoughtspot, Tableau/ BI tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Semiconductor domain (not mandatory)
Education Requirements Required: Bachelor's, Electrical Engineering /Preferred: Master of Business Administration
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field.
Associate's degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of relevant work experience.
