- Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
- Ability to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
