What you'll do

As a working student (f/m/d), you actively support our Premium Engagements and Innovation Services & Solutions MEE management team jointly with our two Strategic Projects and Communications Leads.

• Support regional strategic initiatives
• Help to prepare workshops considering the latest technologies and methodologies
• Assist with web presence, internal/external presentations, employee meetings, coffee corner sessions and documents
• Provide technical expertise for event organization and management
• Help to streamline internal administration and communication via optimization and automation processes
• Being a team player, building up strong networks within SAP and working collaboratively and passionately with others is one of the key cornerstones for our success

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or related fields.
• Computer skills: MS Office 365 (PPT, Excel, Word, etc.), knowledge of SharePoint and MS Power Automate is a plus
• Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus
• Soft skills: good communication and organizational skills, team-player, analytical thinking, ability to work independently and create visually appealing materials.

We provide proactive and strong leadership with our front office roles such as Technical Quality Manager or Enterprise Architect for every customer engagement, providing expertise on short request, instant resolution of top pain points and fast access to best practices/information plus instant quality assurance of recommendations and the service plan.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
