- 4 years of visual design experience in product design or UX/UI design.

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience developing UX patterns, components and interaction frameworks by working across multiple designers and researchers.
- Experience collaborating with product managers, researchers, engineers and other members of the UX team to strategize and design user journeys.
- Ability to influence designers working on disparate products to drive key design flows, behaviors and logic focused on bringing cohesion across the experiences.
- Ability to translate abstract concepts into experiences using skills in motion design and UX prototyping.
