Responsibilities

• Participate in business transformation engagements especially in the topics of supply chain, procurement and operating models
• Participate in operation efficiency enhancement and process re-engineering
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client management
• Participate in business development initiatives
• Manage multiple stakeholder groups / change management
• Build strong internal relationships within EY Consulting Services and with other services across the organization
• Act as project manager to lead team on client projects
• Liaise between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring functional / technical designs and requirements are captured and documented to meet clients’ needs
• Manage and co-work with external service and software vendors to manage projects
• Participate in the career and performance development of the Performance Improvement practice by serving as a career counselor, training new staff and providing timely and specific performance feedback

To qualify, you must meet the following requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in leading and implementing agile business transformation broadly across a large enterprise
• Strong knowledge in supply chain, logistics and procurement areas
• Strong consulting experience is essential, preferably in leading consulting / professional services firms or as internal project leader for industry practitioner
• Experience in multinational enterprises or large enterprise is preferred
• Experience in digital and innovation (such as AI) is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively with both management and clients
• Excellent supervisory, analytical, organizational, and leadership ability
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese is required. Mandarin is a plus.
