What you'll do
In the role as a Business Processes Senior Consultant, you will deliver high impact HCM services through the full customer life cycle. You will be the main customer point of contact and you will lead a group of consultants during execution of projects and engagements.
Expectation and Tasks
Your role involves, but is not limited to, delivery of business and technology advisory services within customer engagements. You are a good problem solver, a creative and innovative thinker and an excellent team player with the ability to lead a small team and to communicate effectively in an international environment. As per the business needs, which might vary, you will conduct the following tasks:
- Able to further develop yourself as a Senior Consultant working closely with management and SAP consultants on projects.
- Support in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects
- Plan, run and manage design workshops/meetings with customers
- Lead and drive internal team(s)/meetings
- Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization
- Able to work together with a group of consultants, including Near-Shore and Off-Shore consultants on projects
- Organize yourself in a remote working style
- Travel to customers and SAP meetings as would be requested, most of the work is delivered remotely

- Having experience in different industries is a big advantage: Banking, Energy, Metallurgy, Oil and Gas
- Proven project experience of implementation SAP SuccessFactors in a role of Senior Consultant / Team Leader
- Successful completion of Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Technology oriented possessing an aptitude for rapidly learning complex software applications
- Great communicator, organized, and quick at learning and understanding new technology skills with an aptitude and passion for working with people
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills who is eager to always learn
- Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems
- Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Expectation of minimum of 7 years of experience within the HCM domain

- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Knowledge and project experience in other SAP HCM Products such as Qualtrics, Sales Performance management, Work Zone will be see as an advantage
- Language skills: English language fluency mandatory – one or more other languages is an advantage
