The Role:The Sr. SI Validation Engineer will be a member of the Signal Integrity team with responsibilities for the simulations, tests and validation of high speed digital interfaces on new products and components. This will require close cooperation with the EE design, compliance and software teams. You will work at the PCB and product systems level. In this role, you will:
- Perform pre-layout and post-layout SI and PI simulations- Tune custom hardware to optimize Signal Integrity and cross-functional performance
- Work with design team to debug issues
- Develop test set-ups and research new validation technologies
- Develop firmware/scripts/applications to test the hardware
- Provide functional verification of electrical subsystems
- Report validation status

- Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
