The role is expecting to carry out administrative tasks effectively and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out administrative tasks effectively and efficiency including Group insurance, submit invoices for payment to the bookkeeping, PR Budgets, meeting materials, source and manage the office supplies, pantry stuffs, expenses claims, courier, office printing, facilities maintenance, assist in office setting.
  • Organize the team meeting, staff event, activities, training, onboarding, to any other agenda support.
  • Liaise and communicate with internal and external parties to support daily operation/administration.
  • RMA, Import and Export Lic applications including Govt check record and maintain a filing system for HK Custom visits/investigation.
  • Make sure the RMA shipment is stock at Unisys with no issues. Report to Operations Manager/HQ RMA team for all the shipment status.
  • To prepare the import/export information to Channel Partners for the lic application.
  • Keep inventory and loan shipping arrangement of Demo Unit to Customer and Partner
  • Mini storeroom maintenance
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by managers.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of relevant administrative assistance experience
  • "Can-do" attitude and can think outside the box when problems arises.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Highly committed and hard worker
  • Customer oriented
