Supply Chain and Operations - we provide a unique combination of industry-specific, strategic, operational and financial insights, digital technology advances and strategic alliance partners to deliver better outcomes and also help clients effect fundamental change in their operations’ performance to support sales growth, become more cost competitive, minimize risk and ensure operational resilience.

Technical Excellence

• Extensive knowledge of the payments ecosystem, focusing on retail payment systems, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks. Proven experience in business strategy formulation, market assessments, and new product development within the digital payments sector. Strong understanding of transformational project management, particularly within financial institutions and payment service providers. Demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality deliverables aligned with client objectives and EY's quality standards. Solid expertise in cross-border payments and familiarity with merchant acquiring processes, enhancing client solutions and engagement outcomes.

Qualification

• Master of Business Administration
• Post Graduate Diploma in Management

Experience

• Payments (6+ years)

People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements. You will need a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
