As a Material Handler Level 1 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. You will be accountable for the movement and storage of materials within the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to production lines. Your attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols will be key in maintaining a smooth and efficient supply chain operation.You will report directly to our Warehouse Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our supply chain by ensuring the availability of materials for production. You will contribute to the overall success of the ISC organization by maintaining accurate inventory records and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders or invoices
• Store materials in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and inventory accuracy
• Pick and pack materials for delivery to production lines, following standard operating procedures
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts or other material handling equipment
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory checks to maintain accurate inventory records
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve any material shortages or discrepancies
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• 1+ years of experience in material handling or warehouse operations
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certificationWE VALUE

- High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
