Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in software development in the area of consumer electronics or other embedded systems.
3 years of experience working with ASIC architecture decisions from a software point of view.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science.
10 years of experience in software design and development for software layers found in ASIC (e.g., boot, drivers, embedded firmware, libraries, and API for applications).
Experience in debugging power and thermal issues on embedded systems and in SoC power optimization.
Knowledge of impact of software and architectural decisions on power and thermal behavior of the system.
