Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in software development in the area of consumer electronics or other embedded systems.
- 3 years of experience working with ASIC architecture decisions from a software point of view.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science.
- 10 years of experience in software design and development for software layers found in ASIC (e.g., boot, drivers, embedded firmware, libraries, and API for applications).
- Experience in debugging power and thermal issues on embedded systems and in SoC power optimization.
- Knowledge of impact of software and architectural decisions on power and thermal behavior of the system.
