Senior IT ATLAS Data Analyst and Integration Specialist (7+ years)

What you'll do

• Keeping Atlas Contractuals & Actuals in sync, with the help of Global Unique IDentifiers (e.g. tiers, servers, between the technical tool systems ISP, SPC, TIC, ServiceNow)
• Data quality on Customer Extension to identify Atlas & Calypso customers
• Data Quality Mgmt Dashboard maintenance & feature request handling (dashboard for GUID mismatches & contract deviations)
• GUID handling during DED->Atlas migrations (initial GUID assignment), but also for net new customers (e.g. in case of necessary DED builds)
• Addressing GUID mismatches and alignment with CAAs / CDMs
• Identifying GUID mismatches during “Run Phase”
• Creating weekly reporting for GUID mismatches
• Handling of GUIDs for W@R processing
• Address dashboard issues & features requests to the development organization

What you'll bring

• 7+ years of experience into SAP Basis Admin background (knowing SAP Solutions)
• Internal tools knowledge (ISP Configurator, SPC, TIC, ServiceNow)
• Excel, macro skills are of help
• High proficiency in working reliable & accurate with data sets

SAP is modernizing the internal IT toolchain for providing Private Cloud Services to their customers. As part of the new toolchain several new internal applications are being developed to support internal business processes within the Enterprise Cloud Service organization. As part of an integrated E2E process with cross disciplinary dependencies the applications will be essential part of the delivery backbone of SAP Enterprise Cloud Service. The core applications summarized under working title “Fulfillment 2.0 applications” are supporting the business processes required for IT infrastructure delivery, e.g.:

• Sales to Deliver Handover with integration to customer facing tools (data collection, changes)
• Technical build data preparation and planning
• Provisioning orchestration including integrations to customer facing tools (ticketing, handover to customer)
• As an app owner you become responsible for one of those apps and working in a team with other app owners
