You will manage the execution of technical programs and cross-functional teams in their planning, development, and implementation. Providing ongoing support for their product lines and roadmaps.

As a Program Manager Senior Technical, you will be responsible for:

• Leading cross-functional teams in planning and executing programs, including engineering plans, risk assessment, and managing technical dependencies.
• Identifying and mitigating risks related to integration, architecture, and resource constraints that affect timelines or outcomes.
• Communicating program/project status effectively across all levels, from technical teams to executives.
• Building stakeholder relationships, ensuring clarity, embracing agility, and co-designing business-aligned solutions.
• Supporting product and engineering teams with backlog management, issue resolution, and roadmap adjustments.
• Driving continuous improvement by applying and influencing best-practice process guidelines.

To be successful in this role you will:

• 8+ years of experience leading complex technical programs.
• Have track record working with cross-functional teams in Agile and understanding SDLC.
• Be skilled in managing dependencies and maintaining accurate project plans with real-time milestones.
• Be comfortable with ambiguity, risk handling, and adapting to change.
• Have good interpersonal and organizational skills; effective communication with all stakeholders, including leadership.
• Be proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and other program management tools.
• Have experience in Agile, Scrum, and traditional PMI methodologies.
