You’ll work end-to-end on features across client and server, using data, experimentation, and proven growth strategies to make real impact across key areas of our product.

Please note this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our Central London office (Tottenham Court Road).
- Work with a small team of experienced and highly talented developers in an environment with cutting-edge technologies.
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Analysis, taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Data Analysis and Insights - Analyze user behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Experimentation and Optimization - Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to optimize the product, user experience, and conversion funnels, driving continuous improvements.
- Technical Implementation - Implement technical solutions to support growth strategies, such as AI, Growth infrastructure, performance enhancements, code optimization, microservice architecture, integration of marketing tools, and more…
- Collaboration - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to align growth strategies with overall business objectives.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting - Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), report on growth initiatives' performance, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- User Experience Enhancement - Identify areas for improvement in the user experience and implement strategies to increase user engagement and conversion rates.
- Our Stack - React.JS, Redux, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Elastic Search, Redis, MySQL
Your Experience & Skills
- 6+ years of proven experience.
- Experience building web applications from scratch in a production environment
- Passion for both client-side and server-side development
- A "growth mindset," including strong analytical, inquisitive, and data-driven experiences.
- Ability to collaborate with teammates and people from different departments to brainstorm, set targets, and devise solutions.
- Problem solver: ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks.
- Impact-driven, user and business oriented.
- Strong sense of ownership and a mindset of “get things done”.
