In this role you will lead the Japan Design Studio’s creative efforts and content direction as well as select international markets. You will lead, guide, and art direct conceptual development and creative execution. You will craft, commission, review - alongside empowering your team to create engaging content to delight our diverse App Store audience. You'll be a fountain of ideas and creative thinking, who can think and implement quickly, laterally, independently or collaboratively. You will present work to senior creative leadership, editorial and marketing partners, and Apple executives - articulating concepts with energy and enthusiasm. You will collaborate with editorial to concept ideas and co-direct teams to produce quality work. You will work with production and asset managers to ensure that schedules are accurate and realistic and that deadlines are met. As well as, guide creatives to do their best work and to support each other's strengths.As a manager, you will foster and nurture relationships, managing and mentoring creatives, using that rapport to align teams around a vision. You will posses an ability to work on global teams, across time zones, date lines and traditional routine.
