Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in renewals, account management, sales, or a customer-facing role in the enterprise software or cloud space.
Experience with promoting to clients in the cybersecurity or Information Technology (IT) field.
Ability to communicate in German fluently to support client relationship management.
Ability to travel up to 25% as required.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in securing and growing customer bases, carrying and exceeding business goals.
Experience with building and maintaining executive relationships, ensuring customer success, adoption and expansion.
Experience in working cross-functionally with account teams, technical leads, procurement, and legal, to inventory software estate, build business cases for transformation and implementation plans, and close agreements.
Experience in prioritizing, planning, and organizing solution-based sales activity within business cycles.
Knowledge of market trends, products, and solutions in Cloud and cybersecurity.
