What you'll be doing:
Collaborate closely with team members: You will work with backend engineers, frontend engineers, infrastructure engineers, and engineering managers to ensure reliable integration and deployment of services.
Enhance and maintain CI/CD pipelines: You will be responsible for updating and optimizing our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery.
Implement and run infrastructure: You will set up and handle various infrastructure components, such as NATS clusters, Vault PKI secrets, and observability tools.
Develop and document processes: You will establish and maintain comprehensive documentation for deployment processes, observability tooling, and on-call procedures.
Automate and improve workflows: You will investigate and implement automation solutions for common tasks, improving the developer experience of working on the cloud console.
What we need to see:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Familiar with building and maintaining software in a team environment with Git.
Hands-on experience with Linux, Git, and comfortable working with CLI shells/tools.
Collaboration and Communication: Exceptional social skills with the ability to thrive in multi-functional teams. You are proactive in reaching out for help when hitting roadblocks.
Resourceful in finding solutions and adapting to new challenges in a dynamic environment.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Demonstrated contributions to major open source infrastructure projects related to DevOps, such as Terraform, Kubernetes, or Git.
Proven knowledge of Cloud Service Providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Prior experience with Kubernetes
Experience building services with the Go programming language.
A proactive and positive demeanor, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
