In this critical role, you'll be at the helm of one of the world's most advanced and extensive network ecosystems. You'll drive the strategies that ensure seamless connectivity across our global facilities, from expansive fulfillment centers to last-mile delivery stations, keeping millions of packages flowing seamlessly across the globe.Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the adoption of latest network technologies, including SDN (Software-Defined Networking), SD-WAN, and next-gen Wi-Fi solutions- Drive innovation in IoT connectivity to support advanced automation in our fulfillment and delivery operations
What You'll Bring:- Deep expertise in enterprise network architectures, protocols, and technologies
- Strong background in wireless technologies, including Wi-Fi 6/6E and private 5G networks
- Experience with cloud networking and hybrid cloud environments
- Proven track record of leading large-scale network transformation projects
- Strong understanding of network security best practices and compliance requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership in both technical and non-technical roles.
- Experience leading teams responsible for the design and operations of mission critical infrastructure
- 10+ years of industry experience in a similar environment.
- Hands-on engineering experience in networking, large-scale distributed systems or a related field.
