What you'll do:

  • Assists in guiding small groups of engineers for assigned Engineering projects by providing necessary documents, directions, examples, and timelines.
  • Supports the business by addressing user questions, concerns, and issues, researching and identifying solutions, and directing users to appropriate contacts.
  • Manages complex projects by reviewing requirements, researching alternatives, developing code, conducting testing, and ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Troubleshoots business and production issues by analyzing root causes, engaging support teams, developing solutions, and completing documentation.
  • Contributes to high-level design in the discovery phase of projects by collaborating with various teams.
  • Applies expertise to develop and improve action plans, provide guidance to others, and meet customer and business needs.
  • Implements business solutions by building relationships with stakeholders, identifying needs, and adapting to changes and new responsibilities.

What you'll bring:

  • Knowledge of technologies used in building scalable, distributed systems in virtualized cloud environments .
  • Ability to design for fault tolerance and high availability.
  • Have proficient knowledge and experience with NodeJS, GraphQL
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the following programming Languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, and Bash .
  • Experience with Build Manager ( looper/npm ), Distributed Version Control ( GIT ), Continuous Integration ( Jenkins ).
  • Solid devOps skills in troubleshooting live applications, assessing performance bottlenecks of applications running on Kubernetes.
  • Develop high performance and scalable solutions that extract, transform, and load big data.
