What You'll Do
- Strategy Development: Partner with Premium lead to craft and execute strategies to drive growth in LatAm
- Business Acumen: Monitor and analyze operational and financial metrics to guide strategic decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
- Problem Solving: Tackle challenges by identifying root causes, proposing practical solutions, and evaluating trade-offs to determine the most effective approach.
- Executional Excellence: Lead end-to-end initiatives to make Premium Products the top choice for users
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and cross-functional partners in operations, marketing, customer support, and more, ensuring smooth implementation of initiatives.
What You'll Need
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Ability to lead a cross-functional team
- Proven ability to prioritize work strategically and execute on objectives
- Analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- SQL knowledge is highly valued but not required
