Qualifications:

  • + years in construction project management of Data Centers or Mission Critical Facilities• Degrees and/or professional licenses in Construction Management,Electrical/Mechanical Engineering,Architectureor similar experiences• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skillsin English language. Multi-Lingual will be advantageous.
  • Self-starter withdemonstratedability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously• Experience managing multiple large multi-faceted projects• Ability to independently manage deadlines and support staff• Ability to influence cross-discipline teams• Construction Health & Safety Knowledge. OSHA 30 or equivalent preferredAbility tointerpretcommercial lease agreements

Responsibilities:

The Key Responsibilities of the, but not limited to:

  1. TheLCMwill be a relentless advocate for managing a safe worksite.2. TheLCMwillbe responsible foridentifyingand managing stakeholder dependencies and construction deliverables and handoffs with the following Microsoft teams: E2E (End-to-End), Security (DCPS), Data Center Engineering (DCE), Data Center Operations (DC Ops), Site Selection and Acquisition (SSA), Environmental Health & Safety (EHS).
  2. TheLCMwill manage lease providers and support associated teams & partners in the deliveringRFS “Ready forService.

  1. Provide project single point of contact for project development and delivery2. Coordinate meetings and activities of Lease Providers and internal MSFT SME.3. Attend scheduled owner/architect/generalcontractor/sub contractor(SC)and other project meetings, and report as necessary4. Report Project Progress on scope, schedule,risk,and budget weekly or as required5. Provide weekly project status reporting to DCD standardsAccountability:
