You will be responsible for all administrative support (managing a highly complex meeting schedule, handling forms and official documents including obtaining signatures on official legal documents, compiling reports, and providing any other general support for the department's administrative needs)
Interfacing with engineers and other internal stakeholders such as legal, procurement, logistics, Marketing, HR, IT and Finance
Coordinating meetings and sessions with various players inside and outside the organization, including with participants abroad.
Handling various bookkeeping tasks including receipt and review of invoices, monitoring payment and workflow, monitoring and preparing budget etc.
All you need is:
At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a global high-tech company
Background knowledge in Intellectual Property – Advantage! (not mandatory)
Bachelor's degree
Fully fluent in both English & Hebrew
Quick learner, curious, and proactive with good administrative/execution skills
Good communication skills - verbal and written
Flexible, and able to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
Self-motivated and independent
Experience in computer environment, including knowledge with Office tools, including PowerPoint & Excel (finance software – advantage).
