Professional Services is seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of customer engagements. In this role, you will manage projects focused on deploying Juniper routing, switching, cloud, and automation solutions. You will collaborate closely with a skilled team of technical experts to ensure project goals are met, requirements are fulfilled, and successful outcomes are achieved.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for independently preparing detailed action and resource plans, timelines, and budgets for large customer programs. Your duties will include coordinating key tasks such as schedule and risk management, maintaining project documentation, driving revenue milestones, and ensuring a positive customer service experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all phases of multiple Professional Services customer engagements, from initiation through delivery, ensuring seamless execution and removing obstacles as needed.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet agreed-upon quality objectives.
  • Oversee administrative activities, including maintaining project trackers, schedules, customer tools, status reports, and revenue forecasting/invoicing.
  • Proactively identify issues and take corrective action to ensure the success of each project.
  • Continuously assess and enhance existing processes, implementing improvements to support successful project delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, fostering positive client relationships and ensuring customer success.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills
:

  • Proficiency in Project Management methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile.
  • Proficient understanding of networking, telecommunications, server hardware, and physical installation (rack, stack, cabling)
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering software and network projects through the full engagement lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with common network solutions in enterprise and/or service provider accounts.
  • Preferred: Experience with JIRA and Juniper products.

Experience/Background Desired

  • 5+ years of experience delivering network solutions, including integration into Operational (OSS)/Business Support (BSS)/Information Technology (IT) systems for service providers and/or enterprise customers.
  • Proven experience in project management or program coordination in customer-facing roles.
  • Demonstrated experience interacting with external customers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent project management experience
  • PMP certification or formal project management training or certification from an accredited university or program.

Minimum Salary: $124,608.00

Maximum Salary:$179,124.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $124,608.00 and $179,124.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
