Job Description

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  • Serve as the analyst to support product managers, platform managers and other leaders on all relevant initiatives within the Wealth Division Provide platform and system support for end users including issue identification and resolution, presentation development, meeting facilitation, documentation of action items etc.
  • Develop project management documentation including task lists, process mapping, system / process integration documentation, presentations, and other project management items.
  • Recommend to product manager and other business leaders system and process enhancements based on end user feedback.
  • Participation in planning and implementation activities Support all change management activities including training and change management.
  • Work with partners to ensure all regulations and compliance requirements are met for the Wealth business and systems which they own.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or banking or equivalent education and related training
  • Proven ability to act as a liaison between Business, product, operational and technical groups.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Project management experience and ability to conceptualize concepts into presentation (PowerPoint) format.
  • Working knowledge and ability to learn / master Microsoft Excel
  • Ability and willingness to learn and adapt as the needs of the job change.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to travel, occasionally overnight.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in business, accounting, finance, banking, or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Six-Sigma Certification
  • Systems and technology platform development
  • 3-5 years of financial services / wealth management experience
  • Sound working knowledge of holistic banking/investment platforms, products, services, operations, finance, and systems.
