Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in management consulting, or an operations-related function; or 5 years of experience with an advanced degree in business, accounting, or finance.
Experience in a Finance domain such as Order to Cash operations or Procure to Pay.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in scaled support and contact center management.
Experience in process design/re-engineering, with ability to identify, prioritize, and drive multiple initiatives.
Experience working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, leading complex operational initiatives to successful outcomes.
Experience in data extraction using SQL or other scripting languages.
Experience in running large operations teams with a focus on measurable results.
Ability to successfully work and partner across multiple functions in an organization and to communicate across all levels.
