HR Services Advisor is a member of the HR Services organization and plays a key role in ensuring data quality, enablement of downstream applications and processes to perform as expected, and maintaining a compliant HR services organization.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years ofwork experiencein digital system developing or equivalent.
    • OR Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Copilot, Power BI or other AI related tech & etc.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English languages.
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential & sensitive information.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge in local compulsory benefit and government individual income tax rules.
  • Experience in handling and processing benefit, time & leave, payroll activities.
Responsibilities
  • Use modern techs to create and design digital solutions for local operation process or new policy implementations. Help make operations more efficient through continuous digitalization. Become a digitalization expert in group support specialty areas.
  • Documents and updates processes, desk-top procedures, and knowledge-based content in a timely manner. Provides input for change on knowledge base content. Maintain up-to-date Knowledge Base content on policies, procedures & FAQs and share the gained knowledge and experience.Accelerate use of AI in the HR service context.
  • Support local HR service regular operations, mainly in the areas of benefit, time and leave, payroll.
  • Able to independently conduct data analysis and get data insight for service monitoring or improvement.
  • Provide customer support by working with internal partners orstakeholdersworldwide, to answer questions and resolve problems. Continuously strive to gain customer satisfaction and minimize complaints on the delivery of HR Services.
  • Process HR-related transactionsand deliver routines, troubleshoot data and tool issues, and perform special projects and data audits as needed.Ensure quality data completed within SLA depending on priority & complexity.
  • Able to independently resolve exceptions by using discretion.Respondsto complex internal and/or external partner issues, advocating for the partner/customer, and influences the decision making on deliverables.
  • Work in a highly data sensitive environmentand beresponsible for protecting Data Privacy at all time and adhering to confidentiality requirements to promote zero breach of compliance policies.
