As a Senior TPM for Kuiper Enterprise Technology, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects across Kuiper enterprise applications suite of SAP systems. You will anticipate bottlenecks, use high judgment to make trade-offs, and balance the business needs with technical constraints. Your ability to understand the big picture of the project design and anticipate and plan dependencies is crucial as well to take large, complex projects, break them into manageable pieces, and deliver timely results is crucial.Key job responsibilities
• Understand business requirements working with PMT, Business stakeholders, super users
• Work with engineering teams (SAP Developers, Functional designers, process designers, security, Admin and other members) to understand the effort needed
• Build project plans and sprint schedules understanding engineering team bandwidth
• Manage dependencies inside and outside of the team to get the team answers on time, unblock the team and execute to aligned project plan and business need by dates
• Identify and escalate risks, manage issue resolution
• Bring in project management best practices , setup right processes, align with existing processes to delivery results
• Earn trust from the engineering team, stakeholders and leadership
• Setup Jira and other tools used for capturing and running projects and sprint cadenceExport Control Requirement:

This role will be highly collaborative, requiring partnerships with cross-functional leaders to drive positive results. This role requires ability to advocate on behalf of our customers (internal and external) and an ability to push back without being adversarial.

- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
