Job Description
What you will do:
Bring energy, knowledge, innovation, and influence to carry out the following:
Prioritise and track Supply Chain Quality and compliance deliverables, ensuring timely closure and adherence to site metrics
Supports Supply Chain Team on improving performance to meet both Quality & Compliance standards/ posture
Actively participate in Inspections, Deviation Management & QMS activities
Be the Subject Matter Expert within Supply Chain in relation to Quality
What skills you will need:
In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, or science related field
4 years previous experience within GMP environment such as Quality / Compliance or Supporting Supply Chain or Operations
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal – ability to work within all levels of the organisation from shopfloor staff to Site Leadership Team
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, to interface effectively with all levels of colleagues and with external customers in a team orientated manner
Computer literate with advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel
SAP knowledge is an advantage
Strong analytical and priority management skills
Ability and willingness to keep learning
A team player, who can work autonomously with a flexible approach
Sense of initiative and overall coordination of projects and activities
